1. If you paid by credit card, we will refund you by reversing the transaction. The refund process will be completed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. However, the actual time of refund receipt may vary depending on the bank's procedures.

1. If you used "pick up at convenience store" and didn't pick up the item, you need to wait for the logistics to return it before you can initiate a return (which takes around 14-20 days). It's recommended to pick up the item to avoid delays in the refund process.
2. If you want to return only a part of the order, please let the customer service know which items you want to return. The remaining items will be charged at full price and the refund will be calculated accordingly.
(For example, if you bought a discounted set of 3 items for $1,989, but want to return one item with an original price of $780, you will receive a refund of $429 ($1,989 - $1,560).)
3. If a partial return causes the order to no longer qualify for free shipping, the original shipping fee at the time of purchase will be added to the refund.
(For example, if you purchased 5 items to qualify for free shipping, but returning one item means the order no longer qualifies, the refund will deduct the shipping fee before being credited to your account.)
4. If the return results in the order amount not meeting the "gift with purchase" criteria, you will need to return the "unopened gift with purchase" before the return can be processed. If the gift with purchase has been opened and cannot be returned, and you still wish to return the order, Shining will deduct the original price of the gift with purchase from the refund and proceed with the return process.
